Custom Artwork + Patches

This purchase covers the initial custom artwork and production setup required to turn your idea into a physical product.

The $200 fee includes the time spent drawing, refining and preparing your artwork for production, as well as the setup costs involved in creating your patches. This may include digitising, artwork preparation, mould/setup fees, supplier prep work and design adjustments needed to make the final product clean, practical and production-ready.

The $200 design fee will be credited towards your production order. This includes one initial design concept and up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur additional fees. Any additional design fees will not be credited towards your final invoice. Final patch/unit pricing will be quoted separately before production begins

Please note that this fee covers real design time and production preparation. Once artwork or setup work has begun, the fee is retained to cover time and costs already committed if the order is cancelled or does not proceed.

Includes:

• Initial custom artwork/design work
• Artwork preparation for patch production
• Setup, digitising or mould-related fees
• Reasonable design refinements before final approval

Major changes, including complete redesigns or additional concepts, may incur extra charges.
